Number 4(the character)

Ive been bored lately, and my art has gotten better than before, so i decided to post more art and this time it's number 4 from Codename Kids Next Door, since i loved that show when i was a kid! I made the person and decided to add a background. and i messed up the pants because it was the middle of the night for those who are big fans like me I also added a thing around his neck to make it look better WEll this is a anime version of him :3
